Our ocean front efficiency in the Golden Sands on 109th st is a gem for couples or couples with one child. Unit sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults and one child maximum. The unit is an efficiency meaning everything is in the main living area, queen size murphy bed with 13 inch thick serta mattress for extra comfort, full size couch, tv, cable, wifi, small kitchen table with chairs, games, dvd’s, full kitchen including fridge, apartment size stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, can opener, Keurig machine, regular coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans and more. Bathroom has full tub and shower and a dressing area. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. We keep this unit stocked, meaning you will find that there are trash bags, paper plates, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, hand soap, shampoo and bath soaps, paper towels, spices and cooking spray, foil, kcups and regular coffee, coffee filters, sugars, creamer and more. The balcony is direct ocean front and has 2 chairs and a table. We have a locker under the building where you will find beach chairs and beach toys for you to use. The building amenities are wonderful. They include: indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, sauna, arcade, game room, ice cream shop, deli, tiki bar and grill, tennis court, volleyball court, pickle ball, shuffleboard, outdoor bathrooms by the pool for use when you are swimming or on the beach and more. Some amenities are seasonal. The unit comes with one assigned parking spot. You will find grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There is a bus that will take you downtown to the boardwalk for $3.00 per day per person. This is a non smoking building meaning no smoking in the unit or on the balcony but there are designated smoking areas under the building. There is a $40.00 non refundable registration fee charged at that security desk upon arrival payable only via cash.
