We would like to make you feel welcome in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front condo at the Carousel on 117th St. Ocean City, MD. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable and well stocked place for you and your family to relax. I personally clean the condo and stock it with anything I can think of that you might need during your stay. When you arrive you will already have trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoos & bath soaps, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, kcups, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices and cooking spray, foil, zip loc bags, games and dvd’s, beach toys, cleaning supplies, dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, microwave, can opener, Keurig machine, regular coffee maker, serving trays, blankets, pillows and more.
You will have an ocean front balcony with a table and chairs as well as a bay front balcony with chairs to relax on! If you are up for dolphin watching we usually see them swim by between 9:30am and 11:30am daily. The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv, dresser, night stands and fan. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single roll away bed, tv, dresser, night stand and big bucket of toys in case you have children with you. Master bath and hall bath have both a shower and tub. There is a laundry room off of the master bath that has a full size brand new washer and dryer set, laundry basket, detergent, fabric softener and broom and dust pan. Living room has a couch, sitting chair, tv, dvd player and cable. Kitchen has full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig, regular coffee maker and can opener.
The building is very welcoming and full of activities. Amenities include: indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor ice skating rink, hot tub, ping pong tables, arcade, snack bar, tiki bar and restaurant, gym, sauna, souvenir shop, pirate ship playground, bouncy house, fire pits and more…some of these amenities are seasonal. They also have movies on the beach every Wednesday, family Olympics on the beach and family photos during the summer. The Carousel is always adding new activities for children. There is a grocery store across the street, movie theater within walking distance, many bars and restaurants within walking distance and even an escape room close by. There is also a bus stop across the street where you can catch the bus to ride downtown to the boardwalk and it’s only $3.00 per day per person. Building has 24/7 security. Non Smoking building, smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas, No pets. Two parking spaces are available with this unit. There is a $35.00 non refundable registration fee that would need to be paid directly to the condo office upon arrival.
